CONVITE PARA SUBMISSÃO DE TRABALHOS

IX SIMPÓSIO INTERNACIONAL DE ANÁLISE CRÍTICA DO DIREITO

Prezados(as) Senhores(as):
Os Programas de Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu em Direito da Universidade Estadual do Norte do Paraná (PPGDIR-UENP), da USP-Ribeirão, da Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, da Unversidade Federal da Grande Dourados, do Centro Universitário Unicesumar, do Centro Universitário Salesiano (Unisal), do Centro Universitário Eurípides Soares da Rocha (Univem), da ITE-Bauru e da Universidade de Murcia-Espanha (UM), a Toledo Prudente Centro Universitário e o Instituto de Direito Constitucional e Cidadania (IDCC) convidam todos a enviarem trabalhos para o IX Simpósio Internacional de Análise Crítica do Direito, a ser realizado entre os dias 29 e 31 de agosto de 2019, na Universidade Estadual do Norte do Paraná (UENP), cidade de Jacarezinho, Paraná, Brasil.

O evento permite o envio de trabalhos nos seguintes grupos de trabalho:

1. Direito Constitucional contemporâneo;
2. Violência e Criminologia;
3. Responsabilidade do Estado;
4. Novos Rumos do Processo Civil;
5. Hermenêutica Constitucional; e
6. História e crítica do Direito.
Grupo Especial
7. . WG: Critical Analysis of Law

This Special Working Group aims to encourage graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, and professors to move their researches and writings toward Critical Analysis of Law topics and to improve their skills in English academic communication . The Working Group is structured around the discussions of participants’ researches. The whole activity will be in English.
Abstracts must be a 1-3 page letter describing: theme, research problem, hypotheses, theoretical analysis of the method, and conclusion.

Los Programas de postgrado stricto sensu en Derecho de la Universidad Estatal del Norte de Paraná (PPGDIR - UENP ), de la USP-Ribeirão, de la Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, de la Unversidade Federal da Grande Dourados, del Centro Universitário Unicesumar, del Centro Universitário Salesiano (Unisal), del Centro Universitario Eurípedes Soares da Rocha (UNIVEM), de La ITE-Bauru y de la Universidad de Murcia, España (UM), la Toledo Prudente Centro Universitario, y lo Instituto de Derecho Constitucional y Ciudadanía (IDCC) invitan a todos a enviar sus trabajos para el IX Simposio Internacional sobre Análisis Crítico del Derecho, que se celebrará del 29 a 31 de agosto de 2019 en la Universidad Estatal del Estado Norte de Paraná (UENP), ciudad de Jacarezinho, Paraná, Brasil.

IX INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF LAW

Dear All:
The strict sense graduate programs in law from the State University of the North of Paraná (PPGDIR-UENP), from USP-Ribeirão, from Federal University of Ouro Preto, from Federal University of Grande Dourados, from Unicesumar University Center, from Salesiano University Center (Unisal), from Eurípides Soares da Rocha University Center (Univem), from ITE-Bauru and from University of Murcia - Spain (UM), as well as University Center Toledo Prudente and the Institute of Constitutional Law and Citizenship (IDCC) invite everyone interested in submitting papers to the IX International Symposiun on Critical Analysis of Law (IX Simpósio Internacional de Análise Crítica do Direito), to be held between August 29th and 31st, 2019, at the State University of the North of Paraná, Jacarezinho city, Paraná state, Brazil.

The event allows the submission of papers in the following working groups:

1. Contemporary Constitutional Law;
2. Violence and Criminology;
3. State Responsibility;
4. New Courses of Civil Procedure;
5. Constitutional Hermeneutics; and
6. History and criticism of Law.
